Fulltime Chef required (Part-time will also be considered), working shifts on a rota basis Wednesday – Tuesday. This role will involve working lunches / evenings and weekends and occasional breakfast.
This role will be primarily working in the Ashburn Hotel but will also involve working to cover other outlets.
This role will include, working in a team within a busy kitchen environment to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen, to provide excellent service to our customers.
Duties will include:
- Stock Management
- Team Work
- Food Preparation
- General Cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Effective Haccp
- Providing excellent service and food presentation and quality

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar busy environment
Nvq level 1/2 food catering and basic food hygiene certificate
