We are keen to appoint a Sous Chef, to join our current team in our culinary operation. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and deputise in all aspects of the culinary function, from the organisation of the kitchen to the sourcing of suppliers to a creative menu design, to enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
This is a Full-time position working up to 42 hours a week . Candidates must be Flexible and available to work at busy peak periods and holiday times, working on a rota basis from Wednesday to Sunday in a busy environment, will involve Function work.
