Kitchen Porter / General Housekeeper

This successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, working under the direction of the Head Chef.  This role may also involve general housekeeping duties with the bar areas.

Full time or part-time will be considered.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• To ensure the general areas meet the required hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• To provide professional and efficient assistance to Chefs in the Kitchen
• Maintaining excellent Hygiene Standards within the Kitchen Area
• Operation of Dishwasher
• Equipment Cleaning
• Minor Food Preparation
• General Housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Preparation of delph and cutlery for Service
• General Housekeeping
• Covid-19 compliance – sanitising

This list is not exhaustive and you make be asked to carry out any task which is deemed reasonable by management.

Previous experience may be considered advantageous.
