BarTender (Full-Time)

Full-Time (30 hours+)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Full Time Bartender to join the team at The Ashburn Hotel to provide professional and efficient bar service to our customers.

This is a permanent position working Monday – Friday Days/ Evenings with occasional weekends. The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role will involve:

• Drink Preparation & Service
• Customer Care
• Till Operation and Cash Handling
• Stock Replenishment
• General Housekeeping
• Compliance with all relevant legislation

Essential Criteria:

• Flexible and available to work weekend evenings
• Good communication skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Cocktail experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
