Bar Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Part-time Bar Supervisor, working up to 20 hours per week,  who can work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to deliver on our purpose of 100% exceptional customer service in the bar area, including:

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar.
• Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service.
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Serve and present beverages quickly and efficiently, and also meeting company standards by doing so
• Assist in keeping the bar, front of house, and toilets clean and tidy at all times
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Make customers aware of offers on our drinks range
• Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in house training
• Always adhere to our company policies and procedures, and licensing laws
• Be involved and contribute to team meetings
• Carry out instructions given by the management team
• Desirable – Have a full clean drivers licence
