Sous Chef
The Courthouse bar is set in Lurgan in Co Armagh and is part of the Thomas Mc Conaghy & Sons Ltd group. The Mc Conaghy group have been in the licensed trade for over 50 years and seek an individual with passion, innovation and flare to join the Courthouse Bar.
We’re looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join our experienced kitchen team.
This is an opportunity for a passionate chef who loves fresh food, thrives in a busy service, and wants to play an active role in shaping our menus. Whether you’re an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, we’ll give you the support and opportunity to develop your career.
Alongside our Head Chef, you’ll help lead the team and maintain our high standards. You’ll be hands-on during service, be passionate about consistency and presentation, and committed to creating a positive, professional kitchen culture where everyone can develop.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a busy, quality-driven kitchen.
- Leads by example and enjoys motivating others.
- Takes pride in producing consistently excellent food.
- Brings creativity, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Remains calm and organised under pressure.
- Wants to grow with an established and respected hospitality business.
